Event reservations: cancellations and refunds
- Reservations close at 5:00 PM Eastern time, three days before the event.
- Cancel before reservations close and you receive a full refund.
- After reservations close, payments are not refundable.
- If the Sous Commanderie cancels an event, all payments are refunded in full.
Membership dues and initiation fee
Membership dues and the initiation fee are non-refundable.
